Right now, thousands upon thousands of migrants are rushing across the border, coming here because they’ve heard good things about how our senile president is treating illegal immigrants that show up after breaking our laws to cross the border.
Once they get here, they aren’t turned away, locked up, or collected and shipped back to their country of origin. No, rather, Biden’s team hands them a cell phone to “track” them and then puts them on a plane or bus and ships them around the country, foisting a mob of illegals on unsuspecting communities that don’t have the resources or inclination to deal with such people.
Those border policies are not only disastrously bad for America, they’re illegal. As such, calls for Biden’s impeachment are starting to grow, especially as the illegal immigration problem started to overrun border communities and start pressuring the interior of the community.
Not only has Biden been helping them, but he’s also been collaborating, or at least tacitly approving of, nonprofit groups that have been funding and managing that huge, illegal effort to ship illegal immigrants around the country. That’s bad news for America, and only adding to the tenor of calls for his impeachment.
One of the main GOP representatives behind those calls, Lance Gooden, had this to say to Just the News’ John Solomon about the issue:
“The bar was so low to impeach President Trump. And even if the bar were raised exponentially, I believe that President Biden has met that requirement. What we’re seeing at the border is not just criminal, but it is immoral.
The fact that our United States government is putting its own citizens behind those of other nations, and also encouraging human trafficking. And what we’re seeing [is] they’re filling the bank accounts and the cash stashes of the cartel. It’s really a travesty. And it’s not what this country should be about.”
The Democrats lowered the bar of impeachment, turning it into an effectively political issue. While RINOs like Liz Cheney and Mitch McConnell might not be willing to use it as such, or at least aren’t willing to use it against their enemies, more and more members of the GOP are warming up to the idea of using the process against Biden like Democrats used it against Trump.
Yet better, they have an actual reason for doing so: Biden’s illegal border activities. He’s breaking the law in dragging all those illegals across the border and into the interior of the country; that’s an impeachable offense.
So, while little can happen now, as Democrats are still in control of the legislature, it’s coming up and calls for impeachment will get louder as the red wave crashes over the Swamp and puts the GOP back in power.
Rep. Gibbs said as much recently, declaring that “When Republicans take back the House, we will take our commitment to the separation of powers, our role as a check and balance to the executive branch, seriously. President Biden, Vice President Harris, and the entire administration is officially on notice.”
The GOP might just have grown enough spine to start treating Democrats as Democrats treated them; we’ll see, but with everyone from Ted Cruz to MGT, Lance Gooden to Bob Gibbs pushing the idea, it’s obviously getting more and more popular.
